The 3 page application must be completed and returned with color copies of a driver's license or state photo ID, social security cards and proof of income for past month. The application fee is $50 per applicant 18 or older. Payment must be a money order or cashier's check made out to Holly Village.

Complete the resident info form entirely. Sign & date and return to the office with your Home Owner's insurance as required. Proof of homeowner's insurance must be provided to the office prior to move in.
